I believe great healthcare and wellness comes from quality time, unrushed visits, and an integrative, holistic & natural approach. As a direct-care physician, I don’t bill insurance, allowing me to focus fully on your child’s and family’s health. With longer appointments, I take the time to listen, understand root causes, and explore natural ways to support holistic (mind, body, spirit) healing and wellness.
Health is more than just treating illness—it’s about feeling great every day. That’s why we will work on nutrition, sleep, movement, metabolism, toxic load, emotions, stress management, & reconciliation with God, yourself, and others. My goal is to partner with families to take care of their children from preconception through young adulthood. When a specialist is needed, I will help coordinate the best care. I also provide holistic well-care for adults.
